Flame retardant additives

Flame retardant masterbatches are used in special cases such as sewer pipes to stabilize against occupancy. Flame retardants can be produced on different bases such as PP, PE, ABS, PC and can be divided into three main types based on the type of used chemical technology
Halogen flame retardants: Contains bromine or chlorine and helps reduce fire by reducing the ignition factor
Halogen-free flame retardants: The need to comply with standards in various fields has made the use of halogen additives less welcomed
Low halogen flame retardants: This type of masterbatch is used to minimize the percentage of use of this masterbatch and reduce its effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the product
The flame retardant additives in Arman Polymer Company are produced under completely controlled conditions and by using very low specific percentages, the flammability of the product reaches the standard V-2. This product can also be used in home appliances, auto parts and electrical industries. The fireproof product actually prevents the fire and flame from advancing in the final product with its unique performance
