Desiccant additive

Elimination of shells, bubbles and seeds on the surface of the product - elimination of gases and moisture of raw materials. Many intermediate products of the polymer industry, including calcium carbonate masterpieces, absorb some of the moisture from the environment. This moisture is released during production of the final product due to the high process temperature. The use of small amounts of moisture-absorbing masterbatch is about 0.4-0.5 percent (i.e. 400 to 500 grams per 100 kg) due to the very porous surfaces of this masterbatch. The additive reacts with the water in the middle material and practically removes it from the chain while reducing the cost of production and regeneration of polymer, they increase and improve the appearance of the product
