Antistatic additive

Antistatic masterbatches are produced to improve product properties and prevent static electricity load during or after production. Polymers are mainly non-conductive against electric currents. Most static electricity accumulates when the film surfaces and parts come into contact with each other or when passing through extruder rollers on the surface of the product as well as the passage of cooling air through the surfaces. Antistatic masterbatches are mostly formulated on polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene polymer matrices
