Anti-fungal additive masterbatches contain biocidal nanoparticles (deadly microorganisms) with new compounds based on metal oxide nanoparticles that are well processed under certain conditions. Also, during the process, they mix well with the raw materials and maintain their performance well in different environmental conditions such as dry moisture and dark space. The anti-fungal additive is incorporated into the polymer matrix during the extrusion process. After extrusion, the additives migrate to the polymer surface, to the point where the additives increase the tensile strength of the polymer. A small amount of antifungal additive is dissolved in the water drop lets and reduces the surface tension of the water
